When making a payment, your details may be shared with the credit card processor in order to process your payment. Dr Charge do not keep your payment details. Services that require subscriptions will result in the payment processor retaining your card details to process or subscription.
How long we retain your data
We keep your data from 3 to 12 months after we are no longer working together. After this time your details are no longer retained and will not be recoverable.
We do not receive or store credit card details.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
